    SHIPPING INFORMATION

     

    Free shipping on all orders of $75 or greater. Standard shipping rates apply for orders less than $75. Usually ships within 1-3 business days after payment has been received, shipped with USPS from St. Paul Minnesota.  *international shipping to canada is subject to customs and regular shipping charges.

     

    Please allow 2 to 6 transit days for shipping, international shipping may take 1 - 3 weeks. However, shipping time is usually much shorter than that. Please allow 14 business days for special orders.  Unfortunately, there may be circumstances that result in longer shipping times. We appreciate your patience and business in either event and strive for customer satisfaction.

     

    RETURN POLICY

     

    Returns are allowed within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund.  Simple returns: shipping will be at the cost of the customer.  Returns due to defective or inaccurate fulfillment:  We will pay the return shipping in the event that it was an error on our part or if you receive defective products. All orders and its contents are inspected before being shipped to prevent poor customer service stemming from inaccuracy.
